6.         BOARD MEETING MINUTES:   October 16, 2018 & November 14, 2018

Recommended Action:  Approve minutes.

7.         GENERAL MANAGER’S REPORT:   General Manager will summarize the status of Board Committee, management and operations matters outlined below:

  1. Construction and Maintenance Committee
  2. Finance and Insurance Committees
  3. Personnel and Media/Public Affairs Committees
  4. SWD and Recreation Operations Committees
  5. Security and Ad Hoc Irvine Lake Committees
  6. Special Districts and City Liaison Committees
  7. Santiago Reservoir, Groundwater, Imported and Regional Water Issues
  8. External Agencies and Issues:OCWD, MWDOC, City of Orange, Orange CountyOperational Items: Distribution System, Ground Water, Santiago Reservoir, Treatment Plant, Other Informational Items.

8.         FINANCIAL REPORT:  The Business Manager will submit the district’s current financial condition based on the written reports to the board.

Recommended Action: 1.  Receive and file financial report.
2.  Approve bills for payment of $456,743.28
3.  Approve bills for SWD Recreation, Inc. of $0

9.         WATER REPORT:  The Business Manager will submit the District’s water supply and quality report.

Recommended Action:  Receive and file water report.

10.       CORRESPONDENCE

Recommended Action:   Informational.

14.       REPORT BY PERSONNEL COMMITTEE FOR ANNUAL SALARY REVIEWS

Recommended Action:  Approve the Personnel Committee’s recommendation to the Board of Directors.

15.       STETSON ENGINEERING SUPPORT FOR EMERGENCY STORAGE PILOT PROGRAM

Recommended Action:  Authorize the General Manager to issue a P.O. in an amount not to exceed $50,000.

16.       RECESS TO CLOSED SESSION
