NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

OF THE

BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF SWD RECREATION, INC.

The Board of Directors of SWD Recreation, Inc. has voted to hold a special meeting of the District’s Board of Directors at 8:30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the meeting may convene) on Tuesday, September 18, 2018, at the Serrano Water District office located 18021 East Lincoln Street, Villa Park, California.  The only items of business to be considered at this special meeting are as set forth in the following agenda.

SEPTEMBER 18, 2018 SPECIAL MEETING AGENDA

1.         Pledge of Allegiance and Moment of Silence

2.         Roll Call

3.         Public Comments (public comments are limited to 3 minutes per person)

4.         2018 Biennial Conflict of Interest Code Review

Recommended Action: Adopt attached Resolution No. 2018-01-09 and direct staff to transmit a copy of the Resolution to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Orange by September 30, 2018.

5.         Adjourn
