5. GENERAL MANAGER’S REPORT:   General Manager will summarize the status of Board Committee, management and operations matters outlined below:
   
   
1. Construction and Maintenance Committee

6. FINANCIAL REPORT:  The Director of Finance and Administration will submit the       district’s current financial condition based on the written reports to the board.
   
   Recommended Action:           1.  Receive and file financial report.
                                       2.  Approve bills for payment of $489,218.32
   
   
7. WATER REPORT:  The Director of Finance and Administration will submit the District’s water supply and quality report.
   
   Recommended Action:  Receive and file water report.
   
   
8. COMMITTEE ASSIGNMENTS JULY 2014
   
   Recommended Action:  Informational.
   
   
9. 2014 CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE BIENNIAL REVIEW
   
   Recommended Action:  Authorize and direct General Counsel and staff to review the District’s Conflict of Interest Code, and provide recommendations to the Board at the September 2014 meeting.
   
   
10. CONSERVATION COMMITTEE REPORT - DISSEMINATION OF INFORMATION
    
    Recommended Action:  Discussion
