NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

OF THE

BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SERRANO WATER DISTRICT

            The Board of Directors of the Serrano Water District will hold a special meeting of the District’s Board of Directors at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, April 27, 2017 at the offices of Serrano Water District located at 18021 East Lincoln Street, Villa Park, California.  The only items of business to be considered at this special meeting are as set forth in the following agenda.

1.         Pledge of Allegiance and Moment of Silence

2.         Roll Call

3.         Public Comments on Matters Not Listed on the Agenda (public comments are limited to   3 minutes per person)

4.         Appointment to fill the vacancy in the office of Director of Division 1 of the District

            a.         Board interview of persons timely submitting applications for appointment to fill                          the vacancy in the office of Director of Division 1 of the District      

            b.         Board discussion of applicants

            c.         Board consideration of selecting an applicant for appointment to fill the vacancy                           in the office of Director of Division 1 of the District.
