MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF SERRANO WATER DISTRICT
The Board of Directors of the Serrano Water District met in a special board meeting on Tuesday, February 16, 2016. The meeting was held at the District Office located at 18021 Lincoln Street, Villa Park, California.
CALL TO ORDER: President Pharris called the meeting to order at 8:32 a.m.

APPOINTMENT TO FILL THE VACANCY IN THE DIRECTOR OF DIVISION 3 OF THE DISTRICT
The Board of Directors interviewed each candidate that applied for the position in Division 3 and thanked them for their time. Lengthy discussion ensued following the interviews and it was determined that further review would be necessary and that another Special Board Meeting be scheduled to discuss.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was formally adjourned at 12:50 p.m. to a Special Board Meeting scheduled for Friday, February 19th at 8:30 a.m. The next regularly scheduled meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 8, 2016 @ 8:30 a.m. at the District office.
