MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF SWD RECREATION, INC.

The Board of Directors of the SWD Recreation, Inc. met in a special board meeting on Tuesday, September 18, 2018.  The meeting was held at the District Office located at 18021 Lincoln Street, Villa Park, California.

CALL TO ORDER:  President Bryant called the meeting to order at 9:50 a.m.

2018 BIENNIAL CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE REVIEW

Following discussion led by Attorney Jungreis, it was moved (Director Pharris), seconded (Director             Reese) and carried with Director Bryant, Mills, Pharris and Reese voting yes to adopt Resolution

No. 2018-01-09 as presented.

ADJOURNMENT

The meeting was formally adjourned at 9:55 a.m. to the regular meeting of the Serrano Water District.
