5. ADJUSTMENT TO CERTAIN MISCELLANEOUS FEES AND CHARGES AND GENERAL MANAGER DISCRETION TO WAIVE FEES AND CHARGES
   
        a. Conduct Public Hearing
        b. Adopt Resolution
   
   Recommended Action:  Adopt Resolution No. 2015-03-01 of the Board of Directors of Serrano Water District approving adjustments to certain miscellaneous District fees and charges.
   
   
6. BOARD MEETING MINUTES:   February 10, 2015
   
    Recommended Action:  Approve minutes.
   
   
7. GENERAL MANAGER’S REPORT:   General Manager will summarize the status of Board Committee, management and operations matters outlined below:
   
   
   1. Construction and Maintenance Committee
   2. Finance and Insurance Committees
   3. Personnel and Media/Public Affairs Committees
   4. SWD and Recreation Operations Committees
   5. Security and Ad Hoc Irvine Lake Committees

8. FINANCIAL REPORT:  The Director of Finance and Administration will submit the     district’s current financial condition based on the written reports to the board.
   
   

    Recommended Action:  1.  Receive and file financial report.

                                         2.  Approve bills for payment of $667,121.03
   
   

9. WATER REPORT:  The Director of Finance and Administration will submit the District’s water supply and quality report.
   
    Recommended Action:  Receive and file water report.
   
   
10. RESOLUTION NO. 2015-03-02 OF THE SERRANO WATER DISTRICT BOARD OF DIRECTORS CONCURRING IN NOMINATION TO THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF THE ASSOCIATION OF CALIFORNIA WATER AGENCIES JOINT POWERS INSURANCE AUTHORITY (“ACWA/JPIA”)
    
    Recommended Action:  Adopt Resolution No. 2015-03-02 as presented nominating Fred Bockmiller to the Executive Committee of the ACWA/JPIA.
    
    
11. CADILLAC TAX ON HEALTH INSURANCE
    
    Recommended Action:  Informational.
    
    
12. EMERGENCY PURCHASE ORDER FOR REPAIR OF SMITH RESERVOIR PUMP STATION
    
    Recommended Action:  Authorize staff’s recommendation to issue a purchase order in the approximate amount of $150,000.
