   Recommended Action:  Informational.
8. GENERAL MANAGER’S REPORT:   General Manager will summarize the status of Board Committee, management and operations matters outlined below:

9. FINANCIAL REPORT:  The Director of Finance and Administration will submit the     district’s current financial condition based on the written reports to the board. Recommended Action:  1.  Receive and file financial report.   2.  Approve bills for payment of $396,202.66
10. WATER REPORT:  The Director of Finance and Administration will submit the District’s water supply and quality report.
11. Recommended Action:  Receive and file water report.
12. REPORT BY PERSONNEL COMMITTEE FOR ANNUAL SALARY REVIEWS
     Recommended Action:  Approve Finance Committee’s recommendation.
